An extension of home, DayBreak offers a community of support, love, respect, acceptance, patience and humor. We encourage, laugh with and protect our participants, supporting their families in the process. At DayBreak, we specialize in the care of those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia, but we also care for those with Parkinson’s and those who have suffered a stroke or need minimal supervision and/or assistance.

DayBreak not only offers respite, but also provides support and education to caregivers through support groups and care specific workshops.
A La Carte Services
For an additional fee the following services can be provided by staff and/or contracted providers allowing DayBreak to be a one-stop-shop day out for your loved one.
A la carte services include bath/showers, transportation, early arrival, and late departure, mobile dental care and foot care provided by a certified RN.
Punch Cards are now available for the following services:
Bath/Shower ($22/each) 10 punches for $200
Transportation ($7.00/ride) 10 punches for $60.00
The goal of DayBreak is to provide respite care for the individual who may need some help or supervision during the day while his/her caregiver takes a break from the daily challenges of caregiving.
